Airports with robotaxi pickups

Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX): Waymo picks up at Terminals 3 and 4 at South Door 8 on the Level 1 outer curb, near arrivals. The PHX Sky Train's 24th St and 44th St stations work as pickup points too.

San Jose (SJC): Waymo has served the airport since Nov 12, 2025. Terminal A pickups are at Stop 9, and Terminal B pickups are outside the Rental Car Center. Drop-offs use the Departures curb.

San Francisco (SFO): Waymo began on Jan 29, 2026 with access for a limited number of riders. Terminal curbs aren't used for pickups. Instead, meet the car at the Rental Car Center, about 15 minutes away on the AirTrain, or near the valet at the Grand Hyatt at SFO, about 10 minutes away.

Las Vegas Harry Reid (LAS): Zoox has picked up since Sep 3, 2026 on Level Zero of the parking garage at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and drops off at the departures curbs. A destination fee may apply. News 3 LV reported that Waymo's Las Vegas rides don't yet include the airport, and Axios reported that Tesla's July 2026 Nevada permit prohibits airport pickups.

San Antonio (SAT): Waymo started on Mar 31, 2026, picking up at the Departures curb of Terminals A and B or the Arrivals outer curb near Rideshare Zone 2. An April 2026 flood incident paused service, which came back around Sep 17, 2026. Waymo named SAT as included when San Antonio opened to all riders on Oct 14, 2026.

Airports in testing or announced

Dallas Love Field (DAL): Waymo is running fully autonomous tests at the terminals and says it will serve travelers "soon." Nashville (BNA): open to a limited number of riders so far, with pickups in Terminal Garage 2 on Level Zero.

Miami (MIA): Waymo said it plans to expand there "soon," though the airport isn't on its airport list yet. Tesla's Miami zone reportedly surrounds the airport, but Not a Tesla App says no terminal pickups or drop-offs are authorized. San Diego (SAN): the airport wasn't part of Waymo's launch, and Axios reported that Waymo plans airport service "in the coming months."

Airports without robotaxi service

Los Angeles (LAX): the airport's operator says it hasn't granted autonomous vehicles access and has no timeline. One reported workaround is to take a Waymo to the LAX/Metro Transit Center and ride the free shuttle from there.

Austin-Bergstrom (AUS) and Orlando (MCO) aren't on Waymo's airport list. Tesla's Orlando zone runs near MCO along Semoran Blvd but stops short of the airport. Waymo doesn't serve Atlanta, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston's two airports, Tampa or Denver either, though Denver's airport says it is in conversations with Waymo.

Outside the US

Pony.ai says its Doha service includes a connection to Hamad International (DOH), with a safety operator on board. At Hong Kong (HKG), Apollo Go is running driverless tests on Airport Island, but there are no public rides at the airport.
