Robotaxi at MCO: not served
Orlando International Airport, Orlando. Status: Not served
Updated .
No robotaxi serves Orlando International. Tesla Robotaxi comes closest. Tesla Oracle reported that its zone runs near MCO along the Semoran Blvd and Lee Vista corridor without including the airport. The zone covers east and southeast Orlando, including Conway and Lee Vista, bounded by the SR 528 Beachline to the south and SR 417 to the east.
Waymo has been open to everyone in Orlando since Apr 15, 2026, in neighborhoods such as Parramore, Richmond Heights, Williamsburg, Florida Center and Southwest Orlando. MCO is not on its airport list. Both services run fully driverless. For a flight, a robotaxi can take you partway, and you'll need another ride to the terminal.
The two Orlando services book differently. Waymo uses the Waymo app, and anyone 18 or older can ride alone. Tesla Robotaxi uses its own app, where riders 8 to 17 can come along with an adult and children under 8 can't ride. Electrek put Waymo's area at about 60 sq mi in April 2026, and Tesla opened its east-side zone on Jul 21, 2026, the same day as Tampa.
